1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SwipSwap, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

SwipSwap is a peer-to-peer marketplace that facilitates the trading of items between users. We provide the platform but are not a party to any trades between users. All trades are conducted directly between users.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of SwipSwap, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information about items you list
  • Honor all trade agreements you make with other users
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use the platform for illegal activities or fraudulent purposes
  • Not post prohibited items (weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, etc.)
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be respectful and courteous to other users

4. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited on SwipSwap:

  • Weapons, firearms, or explosives
  • Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia
  • Counterfeit or stolen goods
  • Adult content or services
  • Live animals
  • Hazardous materials

5. Trade Disputes

SwipSwap is not responsible for disputes between users. We encourage users to communicate openly and resolve issues amicably. While we may provide guidance, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes in disputes.

6. Fees

SwipSwap is currently free to use. We reserve the right to introduce fees or paid features in the future with reasonable notice to our users.

7. Limitation of Liability

SwipSwap provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from trades between users, including but not limited to loss of property, personal injury, or financial loss. Users engage in trades at their own risk.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the SwipSwap community. Users may also delete their accounts at any time.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
